A SWAT standoff at an Arroyo Grande home that started Wednesday afternoon has come to an end.

PG&E is working to restore power to people in Arroyo Grande.
Power went out around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday after a car hit a pole.
PG&E spokesperson Blair Jones says 730 customers were without power initially. They've restored power to all but 60 customers.
