The brother of a man found dead near Avila Beach on Wednesday morning identified him as Chad Hebert, 37.
Hebert's body was found in the water at Olde Port Beach around 9:00 am.
Sheriff's officials say there were no obvious wounds on his body.
They say Hebert had been staying on his brother's boat in the harbor.
