Cambria teen headed to Washington D.C. for film festival

A Cambria teenager is headed to the nation's capital this week for his documentary on the Korean War.
16-year-old Kyle Plummer is presenting his short documentary, "Korea Remembered," at the GI Film Festival in Washington D.C.
