Two officers at California Mens Colony injured in attack

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation says an inmate attacked a correctional officer at the California Men's Colony in San Luis Obispo with a handmade weapon on Wednesday.

Local businessman makes first court appearance on fraud charges
