Cal Poly loses finale, next up is NCAA Regional

Last year the Cal Poly baseball team won its final seven games but didn't get selected for the NCAA Tournament. The Mustangs missed out on a chance to end this season with a seven game winning streak because of Saturday's 7-4 loss at Pacific in the final regular season game. (More)

Prader fails to advance to Nationals in pole vault

Cal Poly senior pole vaulter John Prader finished in 28th place at the West Region preliminary round. With the best 12 finishers advancing it means Prader will not return to the NCAA Championships.

Pacers beat Heat to even series

UCSB graduate Orlando Johnson played a minute for Indiana as the Pacers beat the Heat in game two, 97-93. The rookie didn't take a shot in his short stint at the end of the third quarter. It was his eighth game played this postseason.

Wagman wins record-tying 12th game, Mustangs beat Pacific 8-4

Nick Torres and Jordan Ellis helped Cal Poly overcame an early 4-1 deficit and pitcher Joey Wagman tied a program record for most wins in a single season in the Mustangs 8-5 win at Pacific on Thursday.
