Three-alarm fire at apartment complex leaves residents displaced. The three-alarm fire started at around 3:00 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of De La Vina Street. About 30 to 40 residents were evacuated as a result. The Santa Barbara City Fire Department says one of the buildings was destroyed, and two other buildings were also damaged in the fire.
