There was music, good food, and a jewelry auction Thursday to raise money for CASA's Voices for the Children program.
The sold out event was held at the Madonna Inn.
CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. It provides services and support to foster children.
All of the money raised will go to recruiting and training CASA volunteers.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office says a San Diego man was injured in an officer involved shooting Wednesday in the Goleta area.
Weldon Fewell, 52, is in custody at a local hospital. He faces a charge of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer.

San Luis Obispo police are asking drivers to avoid the area of the 200 block of Madonna Road while crews work to free a bus that became stuck in the median.
They say traffic will be diverted for about 30 minutes while a tow truck is brought in.

Cuesta College officials say the results of a recent survey show San Luis Obispo County residents support a measure to fund repairs and upgrades of the school's campuses.

A prescribed burn is scheduled Thursday at Harmony Headlands State Park.
The burn will happen in the northwest portion of the park, which is west of Highway 1 between Cambria and Cayucos.
Firefighters will burn about 195 acres of grassland and coastal scrub as part of the prescribed fire program for vegetation management.
The burn will not happen if a burn ban is in effect or if there are bad weather conditions.

An Atlas V Rocket is scheduled to launch out of Vandenberg Air Force Base Thursday night.
The launch could happen anytime from 11:13 p.m. on.
The rocket is carrying a classified national security payload and several small satellites into orbit.

The Paso Robles Agricultural Alliance for Groundwater Solutions is hosting another open house event Thursday to talk about the Paso Robles Basin.
It's part of the group's Fair Water Initiative.
They will talk about the water urgency ordinance and how it impacts people in the area.
The group held an open house back in November, and about 250 people showed up.
The open house runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Estrella Warbird Museum.

Five Cities Fire continues its annual Santa Run Thursday night.
Firefighters are driving Santa through Grover Beach on a fire truck around 5:00 p.m.
They will start on 4th Street and move west from there.
The Santa Run started Wednesday in northern Grover Beach.
On Friday, Santa will drive through Oceano.
