A Paso Robles man is in custody after local law enforcement agencies served a high-risk gang-related search warrant in Paso Robles early Wednesday morning, according to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. at a home on the 2800 block of Oak Street.
The incident was initially considered high-risk, but officials say everyone at the scene was compliant when Jorge Cruz, 21, was taken into custody for an arrest warrant and undisclosed gang-related charges.
Cruz's bail for his arrest warrant is set at $55,000.
The criminal investigation is ongoing.
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Gang Task Force and officers with the Atascadero Police Department served the search warrant with assistance from California State Parks, Paso Robles Police Department officers, and a California Highway Patrol helicopter.
