11 people safely out of stuck elevator in San Luis Obispo

One of the 11 people who was stuck inside an elevator for more than an hour in San Luis Obispo, said they have been safely let out.
It happened at the Palm Street parking structure Thursday after 6:00 p.m. The San Luis Obispo City Fire Department responded to the incident.
