SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The fourth annual FCA All-Star Classic is just about five weeks away and 11 more players were selected this week, this time they were from Righetti High School.
The rosters were unveiled at Santa Maria Nissan Mazda and Santa Maria Toyota.
The 11 players chosen from Righetti High are: tight end Jacob Fowler, wide receiver Kyle Stickler, defensive back Malik Pope, defensive end Seth Conn, running back Colin Cooper, defensive back Austin Fuerch, defensive back Jacob Dunn, offensive lineman Caleb Scherrer, offensive lineman Arnulfo Navarro, offensive lineman Everett Shuffield, and offensive lineman Gerardo Nunez.
These 11 Warriors represent the most players of any single school taking part in this years classic
Headlining the group is wide receiver Kyle Stickler, who led the Warriors in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns last season.
"I am so excited, it's an honor to be able to bring the community together with these players I've been playing against these last four years. I've grown up with a bunch of them, so finally getting to play with them is going to be an honor," said Stickler.
The game will be played at War Memorial Stadium on Saturday, June 7th, 2014.
All proceeds from the event will go back to the participating schools.
