PGE says 17 customers are still without power in the Paso Robles area after an officer-involved accident on Highway 101 early Sunday morning.

It happened just after 1:00 a.m. just south of State Route 46 West. That's where a truck crashed into a power pole, knocking power lines across both lanes of the highway.

A total of 77 customers were affected by the outage. PGE says it hopes to restore full power by 9 p.m. Saturday.
