21-year-old dies a day after vehicle crash near Atascadero

The death of a 21-year-old following a car crash south of Atascadero is raising many questions.
Justin Spisak rolled his truck Friday night on El Camino Real.
CHP Officer Bill Irons told KSBY News, Spisak was pulling a trailer when it whipped back and forth causing him to lose control of the truck.
It rolled several times, coming to rest on its roof in a ditch.
Officer Irons said Spisak refused medical treatment, but was found dead the next day at his home.
An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
