SAN RAFAEL, Calif. (AP) - Police say three relatives in Marin City are facing charges after a bizarre family feud ended with them cutting off an in-law's hair.
The Marin Independent Journal reports (http://bit.ly/UlqxSE) that 38-year-old Chau Nguyen, 33-year-old Hong Nguyen and 29-year-old Thao Nguyen apparently wanted the woman to stop meddling in family affairs.
Police say that a 35-year-old San Rafael woman told them the Nguyens forced their way into her house on Saturday and took her cell phone, slapped her and held her down while cutting her hair off with scissors.
Chau and Hong Nguyen were arrested Sunday, and Thao Nguyen was arrested on Monday.
They are each being held at the Marin County jail on $15,000 bail on charges of burglary, false imprisonment and battery.
