$5,000 reward offered in Varian Arabians shooting

A reward has been issued for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the shooting at Varian Arabians on December 30, 2009.

San Luis Obispo County Crime Stoppers and Varian Arabians are offering the $5,000 reward after two mares were shot on the rural Arroyo Grande farm. One of the mares was put to sleep as a result of her injuries.

People with information are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 805-549-STOP (7867),or text "SLOTIPS with your message" to CRIMES (274637) or log on to www.slotips.org to provide information.
