It's all about the Spirit of 76 this weekend in Arroyo Grande.
The 76th Annual Arroyo Grande Valley Harvest Festival kicks off Friday night.
The event is being held in the Village of Arroyo Grande.
On Friday, there was a fish fry, live music, carnival games, a haunted house, and much more.
"It's really the goal of every year. I tell the people on the committee when we work so hard all these weeks, I say, everybody, take a moment and watch the faces on the kids and the families together, that's what it's all about," said Steve Adams, the Arroyo Grande City Manager.
The fun continues Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, the Annual Harvest Festival Parade makes its way through the Village at 10 a.m.
There will be some road closures because of the parade on Saturday. Most parts of Branch Street, Traffic Way, and Bridge Street will close at 8 a.m. Police will direct traffic to alternate routes.
