91st Annual Lompoc Flower Show kicks off Saturday

It's the 91st Annual Lompoc Flower Show this weekend.

Guests can check out over 200 amateur flower arrangements and hundreds of types of plants.

The event is themed "America the Beautiful."

Admission is free for kids and just $5 for adults.

"It's evolving back into a family environment. It kind of stagnated for a little while, but we're making some changes in there that are trying to bring more of the community back," said John Keth, the Event Chairman.

The show is held at the Dick Dewees Community and Senior Center. It goes from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
