Spanish researchers say a glass of wine a day just might help prevent depression.
A study of more than 5,000 people found those who drank two to seven glasses of wine a week were the least likely to have depression symptoms. That's compared to non-drinkers.
Mental illness experts say this could be because moderate drinkers tend to have a better social life, which helps avoid depression. Researchers warn these finding are not a reason to start drinking.
