A gorgeous holiday on tap weather-wise

We're set for a spectacular holiday weekend, with a nice offshore flow pushing the mercury into the 70s at lots of beach areas. It's going to be above normal at the beaches and many coastal areas, beating temperatures inland-Cuyama is likely to top out around 62, while Los Osos reaches for 70.

Those winds have led to a small craft advisory, with wind speed 15-25 knots... and it'll be breezy in the canyons and mountains as well into this evening. The winds should die down tomorrow though, giving us a chance for some morning fog tomorrow.

Otherwise, the next two days look to be clear and warm. By early next week, we'll see a cooling trend with highs reaching only into the upper 60s, so get out and enjoy this beautiful Indian summer-like weather.

Here's a look at today's expected highs:
Paso Robles-68
Morro Bay-69
San Luis Obispo-75
Pismo Beach-72
Santa Maria-76
Los Alamos-75
Santa Barbara-73
