A local hospital helps women and children in need

Twin Cities Community Hospital presented a $1,500 check to the North County Women's Shelter.
The proceeds were a result of the annual Twin Cities Craft Fair held in November.
All vendors agreed to donate a percentage of their profits to benefit the shelter.
The shelter provides a safe environment with related services to women and their children who are victims of domestic violence.
There, families in crisis, have access to information, referrals, and low-cost counseling.
