Small brush fire contained in Santa Barbara

A small brush fire broke out around 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Santa Barbara, in the 2100 block of Foothill Road.
Santa Barbara city and county fire fighters were able to contain the fire to a half acre, and no structures were threatened.
