All lanes open after morning garbage truck accident on Hwy 1

Our KSBY News crew at the scene of this morning's garbage truck accident on northbound Hwy 1 near Colony Dr. reports both lanes are back open.

The California Highway Patrol says that truck overturned at about 6:30a.m., near the California Men's Colony. They say people were injured, but it's not known how many people are involved in that accident.
