Alleged police impersonator to be arraigned

The San Jose man accused of impersonating a police officer, and who is now facing pornography charges, will answer to those charges against him in court Wednesday morning.
Last month, 27-year-old Mark Polini was arrested for allegedly impersonating a police officer. Police say last Friday, Polini was arrested on child pornography charges. They say they found nearly two thousand images of child pornography on a laptop in the mock police cruiser.
