Amber Alert issued for teen and 2-month-old daughter

A statewide Amber Alert is in effect for a missing teen and her two-month old daughter.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two men kidnapped 17-year old Anjelica Lopez and two-month old Enalina Lopez in Oakland Wednesday night.
Authorities say one of the suspects is 19-year old Marcos Hernandez.
The second suspect's name is unknown, but he may go by the alias "Weecho".
Authorities say they may be traveling in a 2006 silver Ford Focus.
The license plate number is unknown.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Oakland Police Department at (510) 238-3641.
