Anhydrous ammonia leak reported at farming facility

Firefighters were called to AgroJal Farms in Santa Maria Thursday night for an anhydrous ammonia leak.
AgroJal Farms is a large commercial produce packing facility. The business was closed at the time of the leak. No employees were on site.
Crews established a perimeter around the business while the source of the leak was found and sealed off. The room was ventilated and no one was hurt.
