Christmas came early Saturday for the animals at the Charles Paddock Zoo in Atascadero.
The umbrellas were out and the hoods were up as people gathered to watch the animals receive their gifts. The tiger and foosa chowed down on their snowmen filled with meat, and even though the weather was a bit frightful people we spoke with say ti was worth it.
"We missed it last year, we came about 10 minutes after they did the spider monkeys so we made sure to look it up to come this year," said Joy Wilde who lives in Atascadero.
As part of Saturday's Holiday magic staff members at Charles Paddock Zoo shared some information about the animals while they enjoyed their Christmas treats.
