Reverend Will Smith plans to shake things up at the Santa Maria Bonita School District. He recently unseated incumbent Jody Oliver in a race few expected him to win. Smith taught 7th and 8th grade in the district for six years, but resigned in August.
Now that he's back, he has some passionate words for those he says tried to keep him out.
