The launch of an Atlas V rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base has been delayed again.
It was originally supposed to go up at the beginning of the month.
Crews need more time to resolve an instrumentation issue.
They say the launch will take place no earlier than August 30th.
The rocket will carry a payload from the National Reconnaissance Office into orbit.
