Arrest warrant issued for man accused of kidnapping two Central Coast teens

An arrest warrant has been issued for the man accused of kidnapping two Central Coast teenagers.
24-year-old Edmund Lamb was was scheduled to be sentenced in San Luis Obispo Superior Court Thursday.
The district attorney says he failed to appear for his sentencing, and he also failed to appear for his last probation meeting.
Prosecutors say Lamb took two 17-year-old girls across state lines back in September.
Authorities later found the girls, and Lamb, in Utah.
On Thursday, the judge issued a $50,000 warrant for his arrest.
