Arts Obispo art show

Local artists team up with school kids from Baywood Elementary in Los Osos to put on a one of a kind art exhibit.
Arts Obispo in San Luis Obispo hosted the event.
Arts Obispo is an organization that helps raise money, distribute funds and promote the arts in San Luis Obispo county.
Kids were asked to create some sort of creature using leaves.
Once the pieces were completed they were put on display and were up for auction.
Event organizer, Ryan Swearingen says, "They get to come in and see their pieces up with established local artists and they feel like they're part of the artist scene and their art is just as good as these pieces."
Several pieces were bid on.
The money raised from the event benefits Arts Obispo.
