The Santa Maria Police Department is asking for help from the public to find a missing woman.

Officers say Karen Wondra, 56, was last seen around 5:00 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of East Mill. Officers say she needs medication and will talk to herself. Wondra was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with "Karen" written on the back in glitter when she went missing. She has relatives in the Guadalupe area and in Quail Meadows near Righetti High School.

Wondra is about 4'10" and 115 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone who sees her is asked to call Santa Maria Police Dispatch at (805)928-3781 extension 277 or 278.
