Atascadero City Council to vote on medical marijuana dispensary ban

A second reading will be held Tuesday night to determine if Atascadero will permanently ban medical marijuana dispensaries in the city.
Last month, the city council voted five to zero to pass the ordinance. If the council passes the ordinance again, it will go into effect 30 days later.
