San Luis Obispo police arrest two men they say were in possession of marijuana-laced baked goods and candy at a local park. Police arrested 27-year-old Jeffrey Smith and 26-year-old Dylan Burgess, both of Atascadero, Monday afternoon. They say the men were reportedly drinking and smoking marijuana at Mitchell Park in San Luis Obispo. Police found the baked goods and a price list in the back of their truck. Both men were booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail.
