Atascadero permanently bans medical marijuana dispensaries

The city of Atascadero is saying no to medical marijuana dispensaries in the city.
Tuesday night was the second reading of an ordinance to ban those dispensaries in the city permanently.
The city council approved it with a four to zero vote. The ban will now go into effect in 30 days.
