Aurora gunman's arraignment delayed

The 24-year-old suspect in the Aurora, Colorado theater shootings is asking for more time to consider a plea.
Yesterday a judge decided there is enough evidence for James Holmes to go to trial.
Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and injuring dozens of others during the premier of "The Dark Knight Rises" last July.
The delay in Holmes' arraignment gives defense attorneys more time to decide their next move.
The official arraignment is now scheduled for March 12, eight months after the mass shooting.
At that time Holmes will enter a plea, then prosecutors will have two months to decide whether to seek the death penalty.
The preliminary hearing ended with no evidence from defense attorneys, who decided not to call witnesses to testify about Holmes' mental state.
His attorneys said he's mentally ill.
He had seen a psychiatrist before the shooting around the time he dropped out of graduate school at the University of Colorado. Details of that visit have not been disclosed in court because of doctor-patient privileges.
