All sorts of Autumn fun can be found this weekend at Santa Maria's Autumn Arts, Grapes and Grains festival. You'll find fine art, photography, music, street chalk art and demonstrations, bounce houses, food and a car show at the Civic Center- McClelland Street Corridor along the 400 - 600 block of South McClelland Street, by the Public Library. It happens this Saturday from 10 a.m to 4 p.m.
The festival is sponsored by the Recreation and Parks Department in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Santa Maria Noontime, People for Leisure And Youth, Inc. (P.L.A.Y., Inc.), and the community arts groups.
Admission is free, and wine/beer tasting tickets are $25.00 per person. The money from the tasting event supports Kiwanis for Kids, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit that supports youth and community programs in the Santa Maria area.
