The Buffalo Bills released former Cal Poly wide receiver Ramses Barden Monday to make room for former Detroit Lion wide receiver Namaan Roosevelt.
Barden signed with the Bills this past January after sitting the 2013 season out. Prior to Buffalo, Barden played four seasons for the New York Giants, compiling 394 total yards and winning a Super Bowl ring at the end of the 2011 season.
Before being drafted in the third round of the 2009 draft by the Giants, Barden suited up for the Green and Gold from 2005 to 2008, scoring 50 touchdowns and racking up over 4,200 receiving yards.
