A weakening onshore flow will warm up temperatures through the weekend, especially for the interior valleys. We'll start the day with some low clouds and fog, but it should only impact the coast. The marine layer will break again today, with lots of sunshine for the Central Coast. Expect temperatures in the upper 60's and low 70's at the beach, mid to upper 70's for the coastal valleys, and temperatures back into the 90's for the interior valleys.
We're keeping our eyes on a tropical storm south of the Baja this morning. As it makes its way north, it will be met with colder water and warm air that should stop it from delivering any significant impact on the Central Coast. Eastern California may see some heavy showers associated with the storm by Sunday into Monday... but our area should only experience increased humidity levels, and possibly a few more clouds.
Have a great Friday!
