Benjamin Bettencourt enters plea

A Santa Ynez man charged with vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated entered a not guilty plea in court Friday.
Bail was set at $100,000 for Benjamin Bettencourt.
A passenger in his car, Jennifer Clark, died from injuries she received in a crash back in November.
Bettencourt became a paraplegic after he was the driver in another fatal crash 14 years ago.
