Berries may boost brain function

Researchers found those who regularly ate a diet rich in blueberries and strawberries delayed their mental aging by more than two years.
Although the results could be influenced by other factors, like exercise or other healthy lifestyle choices, dietitians say antioxidant-rich berries remain one of the best foods in nature.
