Thursday morning the San Luis Obispo County Planning Commission unanimously approved proposals for three new stealth cell phone towers.
Two of the towers are being built in Paso Robles and the third near Santa Margarita.
County planners say the goal of the towers is to go unnoticed by the public. One of the towers will be disguised as a two story barn; the other two are disguised as a windmill and a 61 foot faux pine tree.
T-Mobile is heading up the project which is slated to begin next year.
