Bicyclist has life-threatening injuries after wrong-way crash

Santa Barbara Police say a 41-year-old woman had been riding her bicycle on the wrong side of Milpas Street Tuesday night when she was hit by a Dodge Challenger near the intersection with Quinientos Street.

Police say they found the bicylist, Colleen Bernadette Devine-King of Santa Barbara, lying on the roadway with her bike. She was rushed to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
