Bicyclist hit by car in Arroyo Grande

The California Highway Patrol says a bicyclist was hit by a car off Halcyon Road at Mountain View Road in Arroyo Grande. The extent of the bicyclist's injuries are still unknown.

Officers say it happened just before 8 p.m. The accident is blocking traffic in the area.
