Blakeslee not yet declaring victory in Calif. Senate runoff

Sam Blakeslee says it's too soon to declare victory in the runoff for California Senate District 15. With 77 percent of precincts reporting, the Republican has 50 percent of the votes. Democrat John Laird has 43 percent of the votes. Laird says he will not concede until the last vote is tallied.
