Body found in Rite-Aid parking lot identified

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office has identified the body they found in as Richard Edwin Engh, 82, a transient from Morro Bay area.
Engh was found dead in his car on Saturday in the Rite-Aid parking lot in Morro Bay.
No foul play is suspected.
