California Highway Patrol says both lanes of Highway 101 North near Shell Beach are open after a deadly early-morning crash.
The accident happened around 4:30 a.m. near F. McLintocks.
Officials say only one car was involved and it rolled before landing near the center divider.
They say two people were inside the car. One person was killed and another injured.
Traffic was backed up for a while in the area after the accident.
