Experts say new, costly breast cancer screening tests may not improve detection.

A new study out of Yale University looked at more than 100,000 women receiving Medicare and found the most expensive tests did not detect advanced cancers better than older, cheaper tests.

They also found over $400 million were spent on screening for women over age 75, a group that government advisors said may not benefit from testing.
