Some ancient and sacred Buddhist relics were on display in San Luis Obispo this weekend.
This was just one stop of many for the exhibit that is currently on a world tour.
It has relics from the Buddha and other great Buddhist masters from India, Tibet, Korea and China.
"The idea here is to spread the idea of love and kindness, these seeds that we all have, that innate ability to be happy and to want happiness and to have happiness and be free of suffering," Said Relic Tour Manager Amanda Russell.
San Luis Obispo was the first stop in California for the 2013 tour.
The exhibit will be heading up to Sacramento for the next stop in the state.
