Foothill Square property manager Dan Rutledge says he hopes business will resume as usual for the stores recently affected by the Cabo San Luis restaurant fire.

Rutledge has been meeting with business owners and insurance companies since the fire broke out. He says electricity, alarms and water have all been restored to the parts of the building still intact. He says they are just waiting on outside lighting to be worked on, which will happen sometime early next week.

Rock and Roll Salon and a campus bookstore may open as early as Tuesday or Wednesday. Until then, a security fence has been put up around the building as a safety precaution.
