After dropping its second-straight game, Cal Poly football slid in the national polls for the second-straight week. The Mustangs dropped form 16th to 19th in both the Media and Coaches polls.
Cal Poly is in a three way tie for second at 5-1 in Big Sky Conference play. The Mustangs are 7-2 overall. Cal Poly lost 34-17 at now 5th ranked Eastern Washington on Saturday in a non-league game.
The Mustangs were ranked as high as #10 earlier this season.
Cal Poly plays its final home game of the season Saturday when Idaho State visits Spanos Stadium. The Mustangs are 4-0 at home this year. Idaho State is 1-8 this season and 0-6 in Big Sky games.
