Cal Poly student missing after inner-tubing on Sacramento River

A Cal Poly student is missing after inner-tubing down the Sacramento River near Chico on Sunday.
Searchers in Glenn and Butte counties are looking for 20-year-old Brett Olson. He was last seen at one c'clock on a gravel island in the middle of the river where thousands of rafters end an annual float trip. Crews are searching the river and shoreline areas, plus the nearby Pine Creek Wilderness.
Olson grew up in the Bay Area and is about to start his junior year at Cal Poly as a theater major.
